✈️ Booking & Reservations

Browse our Voyages page, select your trip, and click "Reserve Your Spot". Fill in your details and choose your payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email with your ticket.

Yes! During the reservation process you can select the number of travellers. For groups of 10+, contact us directly on WhatsApp for a special group rate.

Yes, an account is required to complete a booking. You can register with email or sign in with your Google account in seconds.

💰 Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Tunisian Dinar (TND) by default. You can toggle the currency in the top navigation bar.

We accept payments via Flouci (Tunisian payment platform). More payment options are coming soon. All transactions are SSL-encrypted.

No hidden fees. The price shown is the final price. Any applicable taxes or charges are included in the displayed amount.

🔄 Cancellations & Refunds

Yes. Go to your reservation details and click "Request Cancellation". Cancellations more than 7 days before departure are fully refunded. Within 7 days, partial refunds apply.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.

On each voyage detail page, click "✨ Generate" to get a personalised day-by-day itinerary created by our AI. It's free and instant.

The mascot in the bottom-right corner is your AI travel assistant. Double-click it and describe your dream trip — it will recommend the best matching voyages with prices.

Yes! Visit the AI Trip Planner page and describe your budget, travel style, and dates. The AI will find matching voyages and special offers for you.
